"I just wanted to let you both know how happy Julia and I were with everything you did to make Nicole's wedding day so special. Being in the restaurant business, I know what a feat it was to produce the quality of food that we were served. The raw bar was awesome, the hors d'ouevres were terrific (especially the giant lollipop lamb chops) and the main course was perfect. I had numerous guests tell me how nicely done their filets were and the stuffed shrimp was just as good. Your attention to detail was so important and much appreciated. From the tent to the dessert bar to the coffee bar - - everything went perfectly. And toward the end of the party, when Nicole did not want it to end, you were so gracious to allow us to continue the extra time. We got rave reviews for the event and the food from so many people.
